Make sure you're running a proper working CWM TWRP or CTR
- Copy ZIPs to your SDCard
- Boot into Recovery
- Wipe Data/Factory Reset"
- Wipe Cache
- Clear delvik cache
- Flash zip from SDCard
- Reboot
